All orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Enping, Guangdong, China. We partner with EMS (China Post) and other international carriers to ensure reliable worldwide delivery.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)
  • Order Verification: We may contact you if additional information is needed
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages

Incorrect Shipping Address
