We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • All original accessories and documentation must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or show signs of use
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact our support team at support@vihi.design with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: We will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank/PayPal)

Return Shipping Costs

For defective or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs.

For change of mind or non-defective returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@vihi.design with:

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different color or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
