Welcome to Vihi Design. Here you’ll find answers to common questions about shopping, shipping, and our products.


1. Where do you ship from?

All orders are prepared and shipped from our workshop in Jiangmen, Guangdong, or from our Hong Kong dispatch centre, depending on the destination. Each piece is inspected, packed, and handled by our small team to ensure it arrives in calm, considered, ready-to-use condition.


2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. We offer worldwide shipping via trusted logistics partners. Delivery usually takes between 7 and 31 days, depending on destination and customs procedures. Whether you’re in London, Tokyo, or São Paulo — your order will find its way to you.


3. How long does processing take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom-made or made-to-order items may take longer, but we believe good things are worth the wait.


4. Can I cancel or return my order?

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within the first 24 hours after purchase without any penalties. After that, production or dispatch may already have begun and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Returns: You may return unused and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery. Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
  • The buyer is responsible for any loss in value (as agreed with Vihi Design) if the item is not returned in its original condition.
  • Customised, made-to-order, or used products cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.

5. Are your products handmade or mass-produced?

Each Vihi Design piece begins as a 3D-engineered model, then is precisely printed and finished by hand. Every surface is checked; every fit is tested. We do not pursue mass production — only refinement through iteration. Our approach is small-scale, intentional, and quietly obsessive.


6. Do you make customised products?

Product Modifications:
If you love one of our existing designs but require a different size, colour, or a minor adjustment, we can often accommodate that. Each modification is handled individually to ensure harmony between form and function.

Product Development for Businesses:
For cafés, studios, and brands seeking bespoke development, we offer full design collaboration. Whether you’re looking for branded accessories, custom tooling, or limited-run collections, our team will work closely with you to bring your idea to life with the same care we apply to our own products.

7. Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we welcome partnerships with independent retailers, distributors, and coffee professionals. 8. What makes Vihi Design different?
