What is V-Fold 155?
V-Fold 155 is a reusable forming tool for Kalita Wave 155 paper filters. It does not replace the filter and it does not change the brewer. Instead, it helps the paper hold the shape that flat-bottom wave brewing depends on: open ribs, consistent wall angle, and steady airflow around the filter.
For Kalita Wave 155 users, small paper changes can produce surprisingly large changes in drawdown. If one paper keeps its rib structure and another collapses against the dripper wall, the same coffee, grind, water, and pour can taste different. V-Fold 155 is designed to reduce that variable.
